Hi! I’m Sam

If you asked anyone who knows Sam what she's all about, they'd probably say her boys, her dogs, and a really good iced coffee - but real estate is quickly climbing that list.

Sam has called Gilbert home for over 25 years. She knows this community not just as a real estate agent, but as a neighbor, a mom cheering on the sidelines, and someone who genuinely loves where she lives. She's a proud mama to 3 boys (yes, three!) and a wife of 16 years to her biggest supporter, her husband Chris. After spending several years as a stay-at-home mom pouring everything into her family, she took a leap of faith into real estate and hasn't looked back. Now, she brings that same dedication and heart to helping buyers and sellers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

Sam believes home is everything. It's where families laugh, grow, and make their most treasured memories. Helping someone find that place isn't just a job to her. It's a calling. She shows up for every client with energy, intention, and yes, a little SWAG (Sam + WAGner, it was meant to be). As a lifelong East Valley local and proud ASU graduate, she knows this area well and is passionate about helping families find their place in it.

When she's not working with clients, you'll find Sam soaking up time with her family, sweating it out at Pilates, chasing her two goldendoodles around the yard, or checking in on her flock of backyard chickens.
